Two Rooms... in the city centre of Bruges in an elegant but unpretentious townhouse offering comfort, calm and breakfast. Behind the unassuming façade, you will find a homely guesthouse with two bright and stylish rooms: a luxurious and hassle-free base from where to discover the beautiful and fascinating medieval city of Bruges.
The guesthouse faces the city ramparts on a quiet and leafy lane next to the Smedenpoort* which is very near to the centre of town and the shopping district.
A Continental breakfast is served in your guest room or in the conservatory.
*Situated only a ten minute walk away from the train station (a 55 minute train ride away from Brussels and the Thalys / Eurostar connections), a ten minute walk to the Markt (The Market Square) & Belfort (The Belfry) and the other city tourist attractions, and a five minute walk to the Concertgebouw (Concert Hall).

Continental Breakfast
Served in the guest room, the conservatory or garden in the summer months from 9am to 10am: fresh coffee and/or tea, fresh orange juice, croissants, bread rolls, jam, cheese, ham, yoghurt, & fruit.
* some special requirements (eg. gluten-free, decaffeinated...) can be provided by prior request.

Booking Policy
Two night minimum stay.
Check-In between 4pm-6pm or by appointment.
The guesthouse is not suitable for infants, but well behaved children are very welcome.
No pets.

Steep stairwell to rooms
The guesthouse dates back to the 19th century, has no lift and has quite a steep stairwell up to the guest rooms so it is not suitable for unfit nor physically
impaired guests nor toddlers.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION
A minimum of 2 nights is requested.
Check-In is between 4pm and 6pm but I can make exceptions (by appointment).
Please note that this is a B&B and so I cannot provide 24/24 hour service.
Payment in cash, through Paypal or bank transfer.

In the event of cancellation or no show, I have a policy of 14 days prior to Check-In.
After this time the room must be paid for in full.
Before this time I will gladly change or cancel your room without charge.
